Requirements for Non-Saudi National’s 

• • 1 Recent Photos hard copies and same in JPEG format (Digital) – size 2×2 with plain background.
  • Original & Photocopy of Passport (Valid for at least 6 months).
  • Original & Copy of Iqama (Valid for at least 3 months).
  • Job Letter &Photocopy in English – Addressing to Philippine Embassy Riyadh with name as per Passport, Passport number, Nationality, Salary, position, Date of join, Purpose of visit, Period of visit and COC stamp.
    If Business, Company should mention that they will cover all the expenses and guarantee of return to KSA after the trip.
  • Salary Bank statement for the last 3 months with over 30,000 SAR bank balance in English with Original Bank stamp.
  • Hotel Reservation & Ticket Reservation.
  • Exit Re-entry with company stamp.
  • Original & Photocopy of police Clearance form Saudi Police Authorities authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and its English Translation.
  • Copy of National Address.
